How does the 24-hour self-check-in at the Kloster by b_smart in Schaan work?

Before arrival, we will send you an email with instructions for online check-in. At the Monastery by b_smart, you can open your room door directly with your smartphone — or encode a room card at the check-in kiosk. From arrival to the room takes about three minutes. No concierge, no paperwork — by design.

From when can I check in at the Kloster by b_smart — and how late?

Check-in is possible around the clock — 365 days a year, even at night, on public holidays, at Christmas. No extra charge for late arrival. The room is guaranteed for you on the day of arrival from 3:00 PM; earlier if available. Requirement: Your room is booked and the check-in code has been sent.

How is check-out organized at the Kloster by b_smart?

Check-out until 11:00 AM. Drop the room card at the kiosk and leave — no queue, no form. Late Check-out is possible upon request if your room is not immediately re-occupied.

What happens if I no longer have my reservation number or something doesn't work?

Call our guest service — available 24/7 for urgent cases. We will resend the information via SMS or email and open the system remotely. In the room itself, you will also find an emergency info card with the direct number.

Is there an occupied reception at the monastery by b_smart?

Honest answer: no — intentionally not. If you expect concierge, room service, or breakfast in the house, you are in the wrong place with us. What you get instead: 24h self-check-in via smartphone or kiosk, telephone guest service 365 days a year, the Restaurant Lisbeth (partner) in the historic monastery building, parking spaces directly at the hotel, a quiet location in Schaan with a connection to Vaduz — and a fair price because personnel costs are not included in the room rate. Business rooms for meetings can be booked on request.
